# OftUp

> OftUp is a digital loyalty card and mini-CRM for small businesses (cafés, bistros, bakeries, hair salons, barbers, nail and beauty studios, florists, fitness and yoga studios). Customers save the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet by scanning a QR code; no app download. Based in Prague, Czech Republic. Website language: Czech (also Slovak and English).

## What it does
- 8 card types, all designable in the online editor: stamps, points, cashback, tiers with discounts and perks (e.g. Gold = priority bookings), paid membership, prepaid passes (permanentky), coupons, gift vouchers. Add-ons for any card: welcome bonus, birthday reward, refer-a-friend, promotions.
- Free done-for-you setup within 24 hours.
- Staff add stamps or redeem rewards by scanning the customer's card with a phone or tablet; optional POS and booking integrations (set up by OftUp).
- Customer database and analytics: visits, returning customers, customers who stopped coming.
- Automatic campaigns sent as Wallet notifications (e.g. "we miss you" after inactivity, birthday, last stamp missing, location-based messages near the shop).
- Results guarantee: target +25 % more visits; guaranteed minimum +5 % versus a control group after 90 days, otherwise the subscription for that period is refunded (conditions apply: Pro plan or higher, at least 100 members, card offered at checkout, automatic campaigns on).
